100 Mile Club100 Mile Club is a popular program designed to get kids and their parents moving. The goal is to walk 100 miles together throughout the school year. In the spring, participants will receive a pencil, t-shirt, wristband and certificate to celebrate their accomplishment. Celia Wade is our Head Coach and will guide you through the program. She will walk with 1st - 6th graders at Park Days and will meet with 7th and 8th graders once a month to walk Mt. Rubidoux. Take the time to get out, enjoy time together and get fit all at once! Cost is $10 per participant. |
Children's ChoirOur ACS Children's Choir begins in September and will be presenting a Christmas musical. We are blessed to have Dianne Padget continuing as our Choir Director. Many of our students and moms met in Mrs. Padget's living room, so choir holds a special place in all our hearts. This fun-filled class is for 2nd -8th grade students (younger students may participate on a trial basis). Cost is $40 for first student, $25 for each additional student. Please contact the ACS office by August 20th to sign up your student. You can sign up after August 20, but will have to pay a higher fee for your music since it will not be with the initial order. |

Drivers Ed & TrainingWe are blessed to have long-time Driver’s Ed instructors, Jim and Linda Bahr, continue on with ACS. Jim and Linda are thorough and haven’t had a student fail their DMV Behind the Wheel test yet. Student’s will prepare for their DMV Driver’s Permit test and Behind the Wheel Driving Test. Upon receipt of driver’s license, student will earn 5 high school elective credits. Cost is $70 per student. |
Family FellowshipWe believe fellowship among believers is vital to the body of Christ. In addition to our various classes and clubs for our students, we also have family-centered events such as a Family BBQ and Ice Cream Social. Check the newsletter each month for more information. |

Graduation CeremoniesGraduation ceremonies are important not only for the student who has worked hard to accomplish his goals, but also as a witnessing tool for Christian homeschoolers. We offer a full service graduation complete with diploma and a cap and gown ceremony with worship led by graduating students. |
School MeetingsAllegiant Christian School has two mandatory school meetings per year. Our Fall Back to School Meeting is a wonderful time to re-connect with other ACS families and learn more about what’s ahead for the school year. The Spring Meeting is a time to wind up the year and gather new information for the fall. Dates, times and locations will be given as the information becomes available. Also check your newsletter. |
Park DaysPark Day is a great time for students to interact and play together outside. This laughter-filled activity is supervised by Celia Wade and held the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month at Orchard Park in Corona. Come out and enjoy sunshine, fellowship and fresh air. |
Service ProjectsService projects are an important way for students to exhibit Christ’s love as a servant. Projects are aimed at the high school level and students can earn community service hours. Check back for updates as to dates, times and opportunities for service. |
Teen ConnectionWe are very excited about this special group designed just for 6th - 8th graders. Celia Wade has terrific activities planned to help students interact with fellow classmates. Teen Connection meets the 4th ??? Friday of every month. |
ACS TheaterWhere else can a murder mystery be funny and exciting? Our 7th -12th grade ACS Theater class will be starting our Fall semester in September. Teachers Dianne Padget & Ann DiMartile are getting ready for an adventurous semester which will include planning and participating in a Christmas performance on December 3rd and attending a live theater performance. High School students will earn 5 credits per semester. Second semester will include another live theater performance and preparations for our Spring show. Please contact the ACS office as soon as possible to sign your student up. Last day to sign up will be August 20th so Mrs. Padget can plan which play we will be doing. We only have a few openings, so be sure and sign up early! Send your deposit of $20 to ACS by August 20th. First semester will be $60, second semester TBD. |
