If enrolling your Kindergarten or 1st grade student for the first time, submit your student's immunization records by 9/30.

If transferring a high school student, submit the student's transcript. Enrollment of 12th grade students are subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

We will assume you are the natural parents of all students listed, and that both parents are living in the home with the students, unless you state otherwise. If your situation is different, please explain below.

Adoptive parents are legally equivalent to natural parents. Guardians, send copies of court documents granting guardianship. If there are custody arrangments, send copies of court documents.

Registration fee must be submitted with application. The school reserves the right to refuse applications. Receipt of application and payment does not ensure acceptance. All registrations are non-refundable.

Cash or Checks: in person at Living Truth Christian Fellowship, mailed to or dropped off at ACS Accounting Drop Box - 2940 Pecos Way, Riverside 92506.

Online: Zelle to allegiantcsbookkeeping@gmail.com or Venmo to ACSTonya.

Credit Card: with our bookkeeper Chrissy Esposito. Credit card payments incur a 3.5% transaction fee when processing.
